Group size and dynamics: Food is intimate, so we stay intimate. We have a maximum of 10 people.

What to wear: We recommend light clothing as well as comfortable walking shoes. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are never a bad idea.

After our meeting at the port or your hotel we will drive to a traditional village restaurant for an ample Turkish Breakfast. It is a great spot with atmospheric ancient green landscapes around and blue Aegean sea on the horizon. No surprise to tell why Turkish foods and breakfast is world third richest. We enjoy every single minute of traditional breakfast then ahead to next gourmet stop. Your guide will give you information about area, some historical ruins, olive oil producer, regional vegetable and fruit fields. Of course you will have some stops to sample some of these organic eatings.
Have a break in downtown of a small typical aegean village or town, see what life looks like and try apple tea, şerbet (drink) or ayran (drink) with local snacks. Here we also sample some Turkish mezes and şalgam (mixed salty, sour and sweet non alcohol drink) and lahmacun (traditional Turkish pizza). From here we will drive another atmospheric and picturesque village Şirince. It became latest doomsday hotspot for believers of Mayan calendar that predicted world would end on December 21 2012. This lovely village is adorned with late traditional Ottoman-Greek style houses. Here we will sample home cooked foods, organic fruit syrups, wines and home made Baklava and Turkish coffee on sand.
If you want to have some free time This is a village where you will find many local and organic products: vinegar, honey, soaps, and traditional sweeteners called pekmez made from a variety of fruits. Nar ekşisi is a tasty vinegar substitute made from pomegranate juice. After Şirince village we will drive back to port.
